Sierra Madre is one of the most perfect places to go picnic with your family and friends. The best part about it is it’s just one hour away from Marcos Highway. It’s tourist free and there is no traffic. You will have the feeling like you’re in Baguio, where you can smell fresh pine trees in the morning and it has the same weather as Baguio. The only sad part about it is that there are a few good places to eat here so you better bring good food and drinks to have a nice peaceful vacation where you get to bond with your family.
There
are a lot of resorts to stay here but I recommend that you just go on for a
daytrip and not stay overnight since the rooms are not quite nice. You can also
bring meat and grill it up for your perfect picnic.
The
Sierra Madre Hotel is a nice choice of place for picnic. There are a lot of
things to do here, like go swimming, zip line, hiking and camping, or just
chill and eat good food with family and friends.
Sierra
Madre is the perfect place to go to if you are tired of the busy tourist places
of Tagaytay and Baguio. The best part of it is that there is no traffic going
here and it’s just one hour away from the city of Metro Manila and you don’t
have to pay for toll. You just have to bring your own food to have an awesome
time.
How to go to Sierra Madre?
1. Go straight from Marcos Highway then follow the Marikina
Infanta Highway. Follow the signs to Sierra Madre

2. There are no ways of commuting here. You have to drive or
rent a car or jeep in order to get here.
3. Sierra Madre is only 35 Kilometers from SM Masinag. Best way
to go here is use your WAZE app.

This is a gorgeous place, and I won't soon forget it. Attended an event at venue NYC here sponsored by the company. The reception hour was held in one of the rooms next to the hall. I loved their buttery mashed sweet potato.
